Please Read before Calling Emailing / Klub SuppliesKlub Supplies Warranty ProcedureWhere Manufacturers own Warranty is concerned, Klub Supplies will supply with the product, all warranty contact details, either or Both web and Support telephone numbers. It is expected that the Manufacturer is to be the first contact point prior to contacting Klub Supplies in regards to all warranty issues. For RMA items: Products will be replaced or repaired. For DOA (Dead On Arrival) items: All DOA items will need to be declared within 7 days of Invoice, If the DOA Unit returned is found to be in good working order, the purchaser will be charged return freight, otherwise a new replacement product will be supplied on receipt of the DOA item. Return for Credit For Registered Dealers - The following freight charges for return and delivery of RA items will apply:
The issuance of an RA Number does NOT constitute a guarantee of acceptance by Klub Supplies. Klub Supplies reserves the right to reject any RA item if the condition of the goods received is deemed by Klub Supplies to be unacceptable. Rejection of goods (including DOA items) may apply to items returned in poor physical condition, damaged, or with missing accessories. We endeavour to ensure accuracy of descriptions, images and pricing, however we do not warrant their accuracy. Customers should email admin@klubs.com.au immediately if any discrepancies are found. Klub Supplies Pty Ltd standard terms and conditions apply. Orders placed via our website are sold at the prices stated on the website. All goods sold via the website are for new stock unless ex-explicitly stated by the website. Clearance items advertised via the Klub Supplies newsletter can only be ordered via phone or fax unless also advertised on the Klub Supplies website. |
